1. Regulation of our services

D24 Security is registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) under registration number 4665463 and renders security services in terms of the Private Security Industry Regulation Act 56 of 2001 and its regulations. Security officers deployed by the company are individually registered and graded with PSIRA.

Where a service involves firearms, it is rendered in accordance with the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000. Where a service involves the processing of personal information, it is rendered in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. Use of this website

This website is published for general information about the company and its services. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a quotation, or professional advice on a specific security risk. Service scope, pricing and obligations are governed only by a signed written agreement between the client and D24 Security.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and we may change it without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The D24 Security name, the Dispatch 24 Security mark, and the text, layout, photography and code of this website are the property of Dispatch 24 Security (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. 4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, D24 Security is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website, from use of the website, or from any interruption to it.
