Services
What we cover, how it is delivered, what you get
Each division below is priced and deployed against a written scope. Post schedules, patrol frequencies, monitoring hours and reporting intervals are agreed in the contract and audited against it.
01
Guarding
Manned posts remain the core of most contracts. The value is in supervision, relief cover and records, not headcount alone.
What it covers
- Static posts at gates, receptions and control points
- Mobile and foot patrols on set and randomised routes
- Search and screening of people, vehicles and goods
- Escort and standby cover for contractors and events
How it is delivered
- PSIRA-graded officers, site-inducted before first shift
- Written post instructions per position
- Shift supervision and unannounced visits by area managers
- Relief roster held so posts are never left uncovered
What the client gets
- Parade, patrol and occurrence records
- Named operations contact and escalation path
- Monthly performance review against the post schedule
02
Mining
Mine security works inside the mine's own safety, permit and legal framework. Our officers are inducted to it before deployment.
What it covers
- Perimeter and shaft-area control
- Search and screening at portals and change houses
- Plant, stores, fuel and scrap control
- Illegal-mining detection and response coordination
- Product and consignment movement cover
How it is delivered
- Site risk analysis against production and shift patterns
- Officers inducted to mine health, safety and permit rules
- Camera analytics on perimeter and haul routes
- Liaison with mine protection services and SAPS
What the client gets
- Incident register with photographic evidence
- Loss and recovery reporting per area
- Documentation suitable for internal and DMRE audit
03
Remote monitoring & CCTV
Cameras only reduce risk if someone acts on them. Monitoring is staffed continuously and every activation is recorded end to end.
What it covers

- Alarm and detector verification before dispatch
- Voice challenge over site audio where fitted
- Armed-response and patrol dispatch
- System design, installation and maintenance

- Written escalation matrix per client
- Redundant power and connectivity at the control room
What the client gets
- Activation log: time, operator, verification, outcome
- Retained footage per the agreed retention period
- Monthly report on alarms, causes and response times
04
Access control
Who entered, when, on whose authority. Access systems are configured so that record survives an audit or a dispute.
What it covers
- Biometric and card-based entry
- Visitor and contractor registration and induction checks
- Vehicle access, boom and weighbridge control
- Turnstile, door and lift integration
How it is delivered
- Access matrix agreed with the client by role and zone
